Stephen Palmer is a painter based in South East London.

He has exhibited work at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions, The National Portrait Gallery (BP Portrait Competition), The Royal Festival Hall, The South Bank Centre, The Royal College (UK Youth),  Dulwich Picture Gallery, and many others.
He has exhibited regularly at the biennial Hackwood Festival; has shown work in the last 4 Discerning Eye exhibitions and in 2011 won the Hicks Prize. He also paints and exhibits in France and won 1st prizes at the Journee des Peintres at La Flotte-en-Re (2006) and at Loix-en-Re (2008).

 He is represented by Jenna Burlingham Fine Art (Kingsclere, Hampshire), Grandyart (London), and Moncreiff-Bray Gallery (Petworth, West Sussex)

 Work can also be seen at Lynne Strover Gallery (Cambridge) and Someth1ng (Honor Oak, London)
